Horcruxes (items)

Objects in which Lord Voldemort has hidden parts of his soul. They include a locket, a cup, a diary, a snake, a ring, and a piece of Voldemort’s own soul hidden within Harry himself. They were hidden in various locations, including a cave, a school, a house and a forest, and were protected by various spells and tricks, such as the spell “Protego” and a spell that makes them invisible.;
